A fully qualified REPS registered Personal Trainer who has a passion for healthy living

With a strong weight training background and 3 years experience in Thai kickboxing, she also enjoys running, hiking, mountain biking, and skiing (both snow & water) and last season was a contributor to NZ Fitness magazine for an article on Ski Fitness. Annette has personally trained clients to compete/participate in the "Rick Armstrong Long Bays" cycle race and the "Sarah Ulmer Stride and Ride" series, as well as the City to Surf, all with fantastic results! A regular competitor herself in Women's duathlons, she consistently places in the top ten for her age group. Annette currently runs her "Lunch time Super Circuits", Thursdays at 12.15pm at our Redwood studio, please feel free to contact her directly if you would like to come along, or for personal training.

Annette has a wealth of experience when it comes to weight loss programmes

Having tried numerous diet plans before discovering that the key to long-term weight loss really is balancing healthy eating with appropriate exercise. She knows what it is like to be overweight and the freedom and empowerment you feel once you take action towards your goals.

Exercise & training during and after pregnancy 

Having recently started a family, Annette trained with a personal trainer throughout her pregnancy and began exercising again as soon as possible after her son was born. She believes that regular exercise throughout pregnancy can really help to combat the associated tiredness and makes it easier to regain your figure after the birth; having lost 20kg since the birth of her son, and most importantly kept it off!

Annette enjoys the satisfaction she gets from setting and reaching targets.She has the skills, knowledge and enthusiasm to help you achieve your weight loss and fitness goals through personal training. She is also committed to continually improving her knowledge base through post graduate studies, most recently completing a course in Exercise Programming for Women at the Auckland University of technology.
